  I've used it a few times, very convenient. I had a suit cleaned and asked that one pant leg be hemmed-they wanted $5 which I thought was ok and reasonable. I got suit back cleaned but when I put on to wear to a meeting the hem was not done-although I paid for it. Called them and explained, they seemed nice enough about. Said I should bring in my my ticket which I don't have anymore? Hopefully it's in their PC system. Only problem is I work from 7:30am-6:00pm in Chatham, (45 minute drive) so find it very hard to get there within their hours!
  Well, brought suit back and they honored their word and repaired the hem at no additional cost. Very friendly and nice. Now have to bring a few shirts in!!
